Villa with original architecture

Villa with original architecture to refurbish in Santa Ponsa. This singularly designed house built in 1994 is located in a quiet street in Nova Santa Ponsa. Thanks to its elevated position it offers a lot of privacy and unobstructed views of the hills. The property stands out for its spacious, open rooms and lots of light. Currently the house consists of a spacious living-dining room on 2 levels, a kitchen, a laundry room, a toilet and a summer kitchen. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Open terraces and porches offer the possibility to enjoy life outside at any time of the year. In the basement there is a garage and several rooms, which could serve as a guest apartment, a gym, a wine cellar, etc. A swimming pool and a flat garden at the back of the house complete this property with many possibilities for reforms. With some imagination and good taste it could be turned into a large luxury villa.
