VILLA NATACHA

Perched in the heights of Lurin, Villa Natacha reveals a unique address where contemporary architecture converses with the wild beauty of Saint Barthélemy. The volumes open onto the horizon, light glides through the large bay windows, and natural materials bring depth and character to spaces designed to give full place to the landscape.

Here, luxury is revealed in the proportions, the fluidity of the spaces, and that rare feeling of space and freedom.

The reception areas invite elegant and relaxed island living. The kitchen, centered around a large central island, becomes a place of sharing, while the living room, extended by a dining room and a bar, welcomes the long conversations that accompany the evenings.
Open to the terrace or kept comfortable by air conditioning, these spaces lend themselves as well to convivial moments as to more peaceful hours.

Outside, the terrace lines unfold facing a panorama open to the island and the Caribbean Sea. The heated infinity pool seems to extend the horizon, inviting one to suspend time between swims, long hours in the sun, and sunsets blazing the sky. In counterpoint, the garden vegetation envelops the place with a tropical presence, offering a feeling of intimacy and a gentle breath at the heart of this island setting.

With its six bedrooms spread between the main residence and several pavilions, Villa Natacha cultivates a precious balance between communal life and independence. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and a terrace, while the king-size beds invite rest after days spent outdoors. The arrangement of the bedrooms allows everyone to preserve their privacy, making the villa an ideal address for bringing together a family or a group of friends without giving up personal comfort. The master suite stands out with its outdoor bathtub, promising a suspended moment in a tropical atmosphere.

Well-being also finds its place within the property, with an equipped gym.

Between marine horizons, pronounced architecture, and spaces designed to host with elegance, Villa Natacha offers a contemporary interpretation of the art of living in Saint Barthélemy. A refined refuge where days stretch at the rhythm of the sun, just minutes from the bustle of Gustavia and the island’s iconic beaches.
