Luxurious Villa with Garden and Pool in Lucca

Set among the rolling hills surrounding Lucca, this historic estate offers a rare combination of seclusion, architectural heritage, and sweeping views across the Tuscan landscape, all within easy reach of the city’s historic centre.

The property is centred around an elegant 18th-century villa of approximately 730 sq m, recently restored with great care to preserve its character while introducing modern comfort. Original features have been retained wherever possible, complemented by high-quality materials and contemporary systems such as underfloor heating and air conditioning.

The interiors unfold across three levels, with generous reception spaces on the ground floor including a double living room, formal dining area, and kitchen, alongside additional service rooms. Upper floors provide well-balanced accommodation, including a principal suite with private sitting area and panoramic terrace access, as well as several guest bedrooms, many with en suite bathrooms.

The villa is set within landscaped grounds enclosed by traditional stone walls, featuring a classic Italian garden and ornamental fountain. A separate chapel, dating from the same period as the main residence and now fully restored, adds further historical interest to the estate.

Positioned above the house, the swimming pool — renovated in 2024 — enjoys a privileged setting, accessed via a marble staircase and offering uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside.

A property that combines historic charm with modern livability in one of Tuscany’s most sought-after locations.
