Located in the heart of Lisbon’s Baixa district, Fanqueiros House is a fully renovated 19th-century building offering just ten apartments, including spacious two-bedroom layouts and two penthouses with generous interior areas. This is a rare opportunity to own a home in one of the city’s most central areas.
The restoration project respected the building’s original character, the stone façade, the traditional green tiles in the entrance hall, and the elegant staircase in wood and natural stone have all been carefully preserved. A modern glass lift adds comfort without altering the historical feel. Inside, the apartments feature high ceilings, large windows, solid wood floors, and marble bathrooms, creating an atmosphere that is both classic and refined.
Fanqueiros House is a licensed tourist development with professional management in place, offering owners the possibility of generating income through a rental program. There are two investment models available: a fixed 4% net return over five years with 14 days of personal use per year, or a flexible income-sharing model with variable returns and full freedom to use the property. Owners can also choose to live in the apartment year-round.
In addition to the apartments, buyers will have access to the nearby Ando Living Clubhouse, which includes a swimming pool, gym, lounge areas, and events that bring together residents and guests. This network of shared spaces offers added value and convenience for those who choose to stay or invest.
The location is one of Lisbon’s most central, just a short walk from Praça do Comércio, the Chiado shopping district, the riverside, and several metro and tram lines. Lisbon Airport is around 20 minutes away by car, and the region’s best beaches can be reached in under 30 minutes.
Fanqueiros House is ideal for those looking for a comfortable city home or a solid long-term investment in a well-established area of Lisbon.
