Beautifully restored 1930s villa in the Ara district on the outskirts of the medieval town of Vence.
The property offers an exceptional location between the warmth of the coastal plain and the relative coolness of the foothills of the Azure Alps.
The property overlooks the Mediterranean forest of the Malvan valley, with a distant view of the sea and spectacular green landscapes that are not overlooked.
It benefits from the cultural immersion offered by the surrounding towns and villages (Vence, Cagnes sur Mer, Tourrettes sur Loup, Saint Jeannet, etc.).
The Villa is deliberately retro, with a peaceful, lively atmosphere conducive to relaxation and contemplation. It's a creative place framed by lush tropical gardens and the interface between the olive grove and the pine forest beyond.
It can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, divided between the main villa (8 people, 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, library, office and kitchen) and an independent annex (4 people self-contained with kitchen/dining room, 2 bedrooms + living room.
Amenities:
- AC in all rooms
- high-speed fiber-optic Internet connection
- fully-equipped laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers
- 2 charcoal barbecues - 1 gas barbecue
- petanque court
- heatable swimming pool with terrace
- outdoor dining and lounge area
- irrigated tropical gardens next to the house, with an olive grove and forest beyond
- distant sea views and no buildings on the south-facing side
- secure private parking
- architectural lighting
- excellent location within walking distance of the medieval town of Vence
