Panoramic sea views, charming villa in Vence

Set in a peaceful residential setting in Vence, this Provençal villa enjoys an elevated position with open sea views, stretching across the surrounding hills towards the Mediterranean. South-facing and filled with natural light, the house is closely connected to the landscape, with the view extending from the mature gardens and wooded slopes to the sea and distant horizon.

Built in 2015, the approximately 220 m² villa combines traditional Provençal character with the comfort of a more recent construction. Terracotta roof tiles, exposed timber beams and pale stone features bring warmth to the interiors, while large windows and French doors frame the surrounding landscape.

The kitchen and dining area open onto a generous covered terrace, while the living room continues the connection between interior and exterior. Beyond, approximately 2,000 m² of landscaped Mediterranean gardens surround the swimming pool, with olive trees, cypresses, flowering borders and stone walls creating a sense of privacy.

The covered terraces and pool area make the most of the setting, with places to dine, relax and enjoy the changing light across the hills and sea. The principal bedroom also opens towards the view, bringing the landscape into the quieter spaces of the house.

Just a few minutes from the centre of Vence, the property offers the tranquillity of a garden setting with the town close by, while its elevated position gives the house its defining sense of space, light and sea views.
