The villa BLANC BLEU is among the most prestigious properties offered for rent in Saint-Barthélemy. Nestled in a private estate in the highly sought-after Gouverneur neighborhood, it offers an exceptional panoramic view of the ocean as well as spectacular sunsets. Its architecture, blending contemporary and colonial influences, fully invites escape and serenity.
The living space, spacious and bright, features deep shades of blue reminiscent of the sea, present in the fabrics of the sofas and comfortable armchairs. The whole, enhanced by immaculate walls and minimalist decor, creates an ambiance conducive to relaxation and openness to the outdoors. Modern lighting effects and backlit ceilings bring a warm atmosphere, while the shutters let in the gentle natural light of the island. Nearby, a cinema room allows for entertainment in complete privacy.
The kitchen, elegant and entirely white, is organized around a central island with stools, and has all necessary equipment, including for hosting a private chef during events. The dining room, located under a covered terrace, features a large wooden table that can seat up to sixteen guests with an unbeatable view of the ocean.
Outside, a large terrace extends around a beautiful heated infinity pool, complemented by a jacuzzi. The whole evokes a natural path toward the sea, in a lush setting among palm trees and large parasols. An outdoor lounge, set apart for more tranquility, completes this space and is perfect for outdoor movie nights thanks to a video projector.
The villa includes six air-conditioned bedrooms, elegantly decorated, equipped with king-size or twin beds, each with a view of the ocean as well as private bathrooms with indoor or outdoor showers. The master suite occupies the entire upper floor, while the other five rooms have direct access to the terrace. The whole is set in an atmosphere inspired by the marine universe, bringing freshness and harmony.
Sport enthusiasts can enjoy a private tennis court as well as a fitness room, enhancing the exclusive experience offered by this exceptional property.
