Recently completely renovated in an exclusive and tasteful style, this holiday paradise is situated on a plot of approx. 14,500 square metres. As you enter the villa, your gaze is immediately drawn through the large windows to the outdoor area and the impressive pool. At 300 m2, it is the largest private pool on the island. The special design of the pool conveys a Caribbean beach atmosphere.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a cosy lounge area and a designer kitchen with a wine fridge. A staircase made of natural stone marble leads you to the upper floor. Here you will find another spacious, fully equipped designer kitchen with a cooking island, two large fridge-freezers and high-quality built-in appliances from the luxury brand SMEG. From the kitchen, you have direct access to a terrace with a dining area for up to 10 people. The breathtaking view over the pool and the small island of Cabrera creates a special ambience. The villa also has 5 double bedrooms with adjoining en-suite bathrooms, all equipped with exclusive built-in wardrobes from Poliform, private safes and smart TVs. For sports enthusiasts, a fully equipped fitness room with high-quality training equipment awaits in the basement. On a lawn area of 5000 square metres, there are almost endless possibilities for sport, relaxation or enjoyment. In addition to the 13 x 25 metre sand court for beach volleyball, tennis or football fans, you can also play table tennis and boccia, meditate in nature or do your morning yoga routine in the middle of this little oasis. Children have their own floodlit adventure playground with climbing frame, slide and swing. The barbecue area is equipped with a double fridge, an awning and a TV, as well as a dining table for ten people. Wellness fans will also get their money's worth here, as there is a heated mini pool with counter-current system and an outdoor sauna with shower on the property.
The popular sandy beaches of Es Trenc and Sant Jordi and the village of Ses Salines are just a short drive away. Palma de Mallorca airport is only about 40 minutes away by car.
