4-Bedroom Villa - Ruína do Malhadal, Melides

This four-bedroom villa at Ruína do Malhadal is conceived as a private retreat in the Alentejo countryside, set within a natural landscape of open views and quiet surroundings.

The villa offers 235 sqm of private gross area, organised around a generous 84 sqm living space that brings together the living room, dining area and kitchen. Large openings allow abundant natural light and create a direct connection with the terraces and outdoor areas.

The property includes four en-suite bedrooms, three with approximately 21 sqm, while the fourth suite offers a slightly more private layout. Each bedroom benefits from its own bathroom and direct access to the exterior areas.

Outdoor living plays an important role in the design of the house. 112 sqm of terraces extend the interior spaces into the garden, creating several areas for dining and relaxation. The villa also features a private swimming pool of approximately 83 sqm, set within the natural surroundings.
