VILLA MARLICE

Perched atop the storied cliffs of Gustavia, Villa Marlice commands breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea with a sense of grace that borders on the surreal. The horizon unfolds endlessly, where the sky melts into the ocean’s deep blue, creating an atmosphere of pure serenity, each moment as timeless as a voyage aboard a private yacht gliding over tranquil waters.

Conceived with a modern, nautical-inspired design, Villa Marlice evokes the spirit of the world’s most exquisite superyachts. Sleek architectural lines, polished marble surfaces, and a palette of soft maritime hues create a refined, contemporary sanctuary that blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior. The open-plan living spaces flow effortlessly toward the ocean, immersing guests in a constant dialogue with the sea.

At its heart lies a remarkable architectural centerpiece: a fully glass-enclosed fitness studio revealing a mesmerizing underwater view of the pool, an avant-garde “aquarium” effect that is both bold and poetic. The infinity-edge pool stretches seamlessly toward the horizon, becoming the stage for spectacular sunsets that paint the sky in shades of gold and crimson.

Designed for families and connoisseurs of fine living, the villa offers four ocean-view bedrooms and two distinct kitchens: a convivial family kitchen for everyday moments, and a professional chef’s kitchen perfectly suited for private dining and bespoke culinary experiences.

With its rare blend of discretion, sophistication, and maritime elegance, Villa Marlice captures the very soul of St. Barts’ refined art of living, a property of rare distinction, equally ideal as an exclusive private residence or a high-end luxury retreat for the world’s most discerning travelers.
