3-Bedroom Villa - Ruína do Malhadal, Melides

This three-bedroom villa at Ruína do Malhadal has been conceived as a private retreat in the Alentejo countryside, set within a natural landscape of open views and peaceful surroundings.

The villa offers 175 sqm of private gross area, organised around a spacious 64 sqm living area that brings together the living room, dining area and kitchen. Large openings allow abundant natural light and create a direct connection to the terraces and outdoor spaces.

The property includes three en-suite bedrooms, two with approximately 21 sqm and a third suite of around 18 sqm. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and maintains a direct relationship with the outdoor areas, reinforcing the connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

Outdoor living plays an important role in the design of the house. Several terraces extend the interior spaces into the garden, creating different areas for outdoor dining and relaxation. The property also features a private swimming pool of approximately 25 sqm, set within the natural surroundings.

Owners benefit from access to the facilities and services of the Ruína do Malhadal four-star rural hotel, including a restaurant and bar, spa with treatment rooms, sauna, steam bath and indoor heated swimming pool, as well as landscaped gardens and tennis and padel courts.

Located near Melides, the property is approximately 10 minutes from the village, 15 minutes from the Atlantic beaches, 30 minutes from Comporta and around 1 hour and 15 minutes from Lisbon.
