Exclusive 12th-Century Historic Hamlet in the Heart of Chianti

Nestled in the most authentic heart of Chianti and surrounded by more than 80 hectares (198 acres) of woodland, olive groves, and rolling Tuscan hills, this extraordinary 12th-century historic hamlet once belonged to the noble Mancini family and formed part of the historic Panzano Estate.

The estate extends over approximately 1,100 sq m (11,840 sq ft) and comprises five residential units, nine ancillary buildings used as wine cellars, storage rooms, and warehouses, as well as a charming consecrated chapel dedicated to Saint Michael, a remarkable testament to the property's rich historical heritage.

At the heart of the estate stands the main villa, thoughtfully divided into three apartments, complemented by a beautifully restored former hay barn and an independent caretaker's house. The interiors retain the timeless charm of traditional Tuscan architecture, featuring exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, original fireplaces, panoramic loggias, and spacious terraces overlooking the breathtaking Chianti countryside.

Overall, the property offers 22 rooms, 10 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms, providing generous accommodation perfectly suited as either an exceptional private residence or a prestigious hospitality venture, such as a luxury country relais, boutique hotel, or exclusive event venue.

Outside, the hamlet is embraced by an unspoiled natural landscape of rare beauty, complete with a stunning panoramic swimming pool, stone courtyards, scenic walking trails, and complete privacy, while remaining just minutes from Castellina in Chianti and the area's renowned hilltop villages.

A truly unique estate that seamlessly combines historical significance, architectural elegance, and one of Tuscany's most exclusive and captivating settings.
